JetBlue Mosaic Status Match Promotion
JetBlue has launched a new status match promotion for TrueBlue Mosaic. You can now “Match to Mosaic” if you have elite status on Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines or Alaska Airlines.
Depending on the status you have with one of these airlines, you will automatically receive Mosaic 1 or Mosaic 2 status. Customers will be able to enjoy the benefits of Mosaic status for three months. Additionally, you have the option to keep it longer by earning more tiles during this three-month period.
Who is eligible to match?
Update: Originally you could only match Alaska, American, Delta and United statuses. Now JetBlue has also added Frontier, Southwest and Spirit. See the table below for more details.
How to Request a Status Match
- Go to the promotion page and click Apply Now
- Apply by submitting:
- A screenshot of your loyalty program profile showing your full name and proof of status
- A screenshot or photo of your most recent boarding pass or flight confirmation email showing your status, if you match Mosaic 2
- You must have an existing TrueBlue account to obtain a status match. Not a TrueBlue member? (Register now, it’s free!)
- Allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
- You will be notified by email and once approved you will receive Mosaic 1 or 2 status for 3 months.
Expand your matching tile status
Your status match is valid for 3 months, but you can extend your Mosaic status into the next calendar year by earning and receiving the following number of tiles within 3 months of receiving your matching Mosaic status. Here are the requirements:
- 10 tiles to keep Mosaic 1
- 25 tiles to keep Mosaic 2
- 40 tiles to win Mosaic 3
The tiles were introduced last year during the revamp of the TrueBlue program. One sticker is awarded for every $100 of eligible spending on multiple ways a customer can use JetBlue. (d) Hotel rooms and resorts. Cars and cruises. Activities and extras. Travelers will be able to earn rewards with JetBlue Vacations, Paisly by JetBlue, JetBlue fees, JetBlue add-ons and flights operated by American Airlines. Additionally, one tile is awarded for every $1,000 in eligible spend on all JetBlue credit cards.
